What are your fitness goals?

Here is what it looks like:

We start with an online evaluation where I will ask questions about what brings you to me, past medical history, hobbies, goals, etc. to figure out how I can best help you. I also inquire about injury history (if applicable) before discussing all possible options to create a custom program for you.  
-I offer a personalized training program for a period of 12 until 48 weeks that you can follow at home or in the gym, based on your goals, a bit of your background and disposition for this work.   

Many of my clients opt for both options Personalized Training Program and Personal trainer.

First 3 months training

I’ve been working out for 27 years, mostly free weights, but had never worked with a personal trainer before. When I first starting working with Marilia, my goal was to get my legs in shape for an annual snowboarding trip. I had stopped exercising legs and gave up cardio for almost the entirety of 2020-2022. I had massive muscle atrophy and was reluctant to get started knowing that rebuilding my legs would be a difficult process. Marilia is super knowledgeable and engaged.  She listened to my goals and designed a 5 week program that transformed my legs. Not only am I now looking forward to working out my legs 3x a week, but the results are clear. Squat increased from 7 reps at 135lbs to 7 reps at 205lbs! Plus I learned proper form for different types of squats and deadlifts (which I had never tried before). I’m hiring her again to design a new training regimen for my arch nemesis: shoulders. I’m excited for the next transformation.  I highly recommend Marilia for both workout design and individual training. Her combination of weight training, Pilates and yoga is truly unique and incredibly effective.
