Physical activity and health is a lifestyle that has always accompanied me, and professionally since 2005, working with more than 4,000 clients in Brazil, Mexico and the United States. My approach to training has guided me to better understand my clients' well-being and needs and to provide them with personalized training programs, physiological assessments and physical therapy support.
Throughout my career, I have invested in developing a holistic approach to personal training, allowing me to offer my clients opportunities for self-development, which will align fitness with awareness and life goals, and spread the importance of physical activity, which goes beyond weight loss, being related to disease prevention and several other benefits, including increased self-esteem, benefits for our body and for our mind.
The experience I gained as a personal trainer also increased my awareness that practicing physical activity is, without a doubt, essential to increase aspects that benefit quality of life.
